TARGETS

The targets of The National Association of Fathers from Romania, as to the achievement of its goal, are as follows:

A. The furtherance of the principles that a family is based on, the prevention and settlement of the family conflicts;
B. The supporting, by all means, of the civil society, in view of the protection and defence of the child’s rights;
C. The association assumes the responsibility, by the themes and efficiency of its programs, to become of public utility.

The object of activity in view of the assumed goal of The National Association of Fathers from Romania is as follows:

The association intends to militate under legal conditions that the natural rights of the fathers to have personal relations with their children shall not be restricted by hindering by any ways and means the execution of a judicial sentence by mothers who, for mean reasons or by means of sentimental blackmail, try to obstruct the natural relations between the father and the child.

At the same time, by means of its actions, the association will try to establish the growing-up and the education conditions of the children in the mothers’ custody and to involve itself when it comes to establish that the environment in which these children are living is not an adequate one, starting actions meant to determine the denial of mothers’ rights to grow-up children.

The association also intends to establish links between the competent state institutions or other organisations fighting for the child’s and fathers’ rights, fathers who are hindered to bring their contribution to the growing-up and education of the children.
