B.THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FATHERS FROM ROMANIA (N.A.F.R.), with its Headquarters in Bucharest, 73 Barbat Voievod Street, District No. 2, registered in the register of Associations and Foundations according to the Civil Sentence No. 222/PJ/07 on August 3rd of 2007, District No. 2 Court of Law, fiscal registration code No. RO22257162 on August 14th of 2007, having its account No. (RON) RO89 BRDE 445S V873 4784 4450 and No. (EUR) RO41 BRDE 445S V873 4880 4450 opened at The Romanian Development Bank (B.R.D.) – Teiul Doamnei Agency, represented by Constantin Jugurica, president, as DONEE, on the other side, agree to conclude this donation contract observing the following provisions.
II.THE OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
A.(a) I, the DONATOR, donate the DONEE the following mobile goods:
